When hiking in the Hochkönig region, each step leads you deeper into nature. The hiking highlight is the 73 km long-distance hiking trail through the region – the “Königsweg”. Free guided hikes are offered in all towns in the region. Experience nature with your own two feet!

Mountain biking in the Hochkönig Region is the perfect adventure vacation on two wheels. There are more than 20 wonderful tours and the “Flow One” flow trail for motivated bikers.

• E-bikes are on the rise. But one is well positioned in the world’s first region with e-bike charging stations on the mountain.

• The over 2 km long, new flowtrail through forests and over fields promises pure riding fun and tons of “Wows” with an altitude change of 285 m.

FLOWTRAIL HOCHKÖNIG – Dienten

• The 4.2 km long new flowtrail in Dienten with a 550 m difference in altitude promises real family fun!

One of Salzburg’s most beautiful golf courses is located in the middle of gorgeous mountain scenery. The high plateau between Saalfelden and Maria Alm creates the perfect setting for a special golfing experience.
